Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through registered courier companies and delivered at your doorstep approximately in 5-6 working days, post the dispatch date. Orders are processed and shipped in 72 hours after the credit card authorization and verification have been obtained or funds transferred through other online banking facilities. At the time of delivery if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from ethniccode.com, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. - Viewing Orders
It's easy to check the status of your order! Sign in to your Account with your credentials to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
