Ordering

Shopping online with us is easy, thanks to our intuitive and responsive web store. Simply browse through our products until something takes your fancy and click the "add to cart" button. From there you can either "continue shopping" or "checkout" using the links provided. Upon "checkout" the financial transaction will be processed.

Processing

Once we have received your order, we will always endeavour to process and dispatch to you as soon as we can. However, it is only possible for us to carry a limited amount of stock. As a result your order may contain non stock items, which will in turn be sourced. For this reason we advise that the period between us receiving your order, and your order being dispatched, may be up to 2-3 working days. Please note that we reserve the right to extend the order processing period. If your order is effected in this way, you will receive a notification email. At all times, we really appreciate your patience.

Dispatch

Generally orders are dispatched on the same day or next day, only incase of non stock items dispatch time may vary between 2-3 days. When your order is ready for dispatch, it will be securely packaged to guard against damage whilst in transit. You will also receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Shipping is free of cost within India. International shipments are charged based on weight of the product which could be calculated in the shopping cart.

Within India: Semi Stitched: 4-5 days, Fully Stitched: 9-10 days

International: Semi Stitched: 8-10 days, Fully Stitched: 13-15 days
